Schedule

We’re tracking our schedule using Google Sheets. I am publishing a read-only link here to give you an idea of what the plan is. Feel free to clone and use for your own project.

The dates auto calculate based on the number of days we are estimating a task will take.

Most key dates are pulled out into a Master schedule tab. All the nitty details are captured on the other tabs.

Note this spreadsheet uses two custom functions (and I am not sure how well they will copy over). One calculates how many weeks it would take me to do a task (since I can only work on the weekends), and the other calculates how many weeks it will take a contractor to do the work (since they will work weekdays).
